Once installed, plug in your Temptale IR reader (Model 25604) or a standard USB hub. The software will automatically detect the hardware and install the TTUSB.sys driver.
Right-click the installer and select "Run as Administrator." This ensures the USB drivers are correctly written to the Windows Registry.

Fix: Go to Device Manager. Under "Universal Serial Bus devices," find "Temptale IR." Right-click > Update driver > Browse > Let me pick > Select "USB Composite Device."
