Audio is in a foreign language. Solution: You downloaded a raw file. In VLC, go to Audio > Audio Track > Select Indonesian. If not available, download an .srt subtitle file separately.

Video is choppy/lagging. Solution: Your device is too slow for x265 (HEVC) codec. Download the x264 version instead. They are larger files but easier for older PCs/phones to decode.
A: Because those films were shot on 35mm or early digital cameras. Unless a studio remasters them (scans the original film reel at 4k), a true "extra quality" version does not exist. Any 1080p file you find is just an upscale (fake).
