Predict and eliminate porosity, shrinkage, misruns, cracks, and warpage before the first mold is poured. Optimize gating and feeding, cut material waste, and validate designs faster with physics-accurate simulation.

PoligonSoft is an all-in-one Casting Simulation Software based on the Finite Element Method (FEM). The system integrates three physics solvers for comprehensive analysis of casting processes:
Hydrodynamic Analysis: Models mold filling dynamics to predict flow patterns, identify potential mold erosion zones, and detect possible misruns.
Thermal Analysis: Simulates heat transfer during solidification and cooling phases to predict shrinkage porosity formation and optimize gating/feeding systems.
Stress Analysis: Computes thermo-mechanical stresses and strains to evaluate hot tearing susceptibility, residual stresses, and dimensional stability.
The integrated solver architecture enables simulation of conventional and specialized casting processes, providing quantitative data for process optimization and defect prevention throughout the entire production cycle.

Analyze and resolve the root causes of defects in the design phase
Visualize and control every stage in your casting process
Replace slow and expensive physical trials with virtual prototyping

For years, Dangdut was considered low-class. But legends like Elvi Sukaesih and Rhoma Irama gave it lyrical depth, preaching morality and Islamic values. Today, Dangdut has mutated. Enter Via Vallen and Nella Kharisma —singers who use social media to blast Dangdut Koplo (a faster, drunker version) into the ears of the youth. Via Vallen’s performances of "Sayang" went viral across Asia, crossing over into the Thai and Filipino music charts. While mainstream pop is dominated by boy bands and girl groups (SM*SH, JKT48), a quiet revolution is happening in the cities of Bandung, Yogyakarta, and Jakarta. Bands like Hindia , Mondo Gascaro , and Lomba Sihir are redefining Indonesian "pop" by sampling 70s folk, Keroncong , and even Gamelan .
Driven by Gen Z, the "Anak Jaksel" (South Jakarta Kids)—who slang-switch between Bahasa and English mid-sentence—have created a unique internet culture. When rapper Popp Hunna released "Adderall (Corvette Corvette)," Indonesian creators took the sound and made "Corvette Corvette (Dipantai)"—a remix about buying a luxury car on a beach. It became a global TikTok meme. Bokep Indo Talent Cantik Toket Gede Mulus Part4...
This era set the tone: in Indonesia, entertainment is never just entertainment. It is a battleground for identity, politics, and faith. If you ask a millennial Indonesian about their childhood evenings, they won’t mention Disney Channel. They will mention Sinetron . For years, Dangdut was considered low-class
The first major fusion of Western and local sounds came in the form of Keroncong . Born from Portuguese traders in the 16th century, this ukulele-driven music became the soundtrack of the Dutch East Indies, evolving into a melancholic, nostalgic genre that still evokes the romance of old Jakarta. Enter Via Vallen and Nella Kharisma —singers who
Line Webtoon found a massive second home in Indonesia. Local artists like Annisa Nisfihani (My Boo) and Oki (Eleceed) have crushed global charts. The "Indonesian style" of digital comics—melodramatic romance, high-school bullying, and heart-fluttering male leads—dominates the platform. This has spawned a live-action adaptation frenzy; almost every successful Indonesian movie or series born in the 2020s (like Dua Garis Biru ) started as a viral tweet or a Webtoon. Part V: The Netflix Renaissance (And the Horror Boom) For a decade, Indonesian cinema was dead. The 2000s were filled with cheap, cheesy horror movies with recycled plots. Then came Netflix.
Indonesian popular culture is not a monolith. It is the dangdut singer in the dusty village fair, the sinetron actress crying in high definition on a 4K TV, and the six-year-old on TikTok explaining the plot of My Boo in broken English.

The first version of the PoligonSoft casting simulation software, initially named SAM LP 'Poligon,' was developed in 1989 at the Central Research Institute of Materials (CIM, St. Petersburg) by order of the Ministry of Defense Industry.
It was the world's first commercial software package to implement a mathematical model for calculating microporosity. PoligonSoft has since been successfully adopted by aerospace industry enterprises, where stringent casting quality standards are required.
For over 30 years, the casting simulation software has continuously evolved, integrating extensive expertise and knowledge from leading institutes and numerous companies in Russia and abroad.
In July 2009, the PoligonSoft development team joined CSoft Development.
